Our hollow polymer particle has very high void volume. Its void volume is over 60 % which is as well or much higher than the marketed products with 50~55%. Depending on the feature, the particle delivers superior performance in the resin, paper, paint, and ink as follows.
- Low-Dielectric constant(Dk) and Low-Dissipation factor(Df) for Beyond 5G/6G Mobile Communication System
- Higher gloss or opacity for paper and plastic film
- Improvement of whiteness for paper and plastic film
- Improvement of heat insulating properties for insulation, paper, and paint
- Improvement of particle stability, better resistance to settling
- Low-Refractive index due to the air filled void of the particles
- Weight saving due to the air filled void of the particles
NANO/MICRO-CAPSULES
We are producing various nano/micro-capsules such as paint, ink, agrichemical, beauty product, fragrance, and chemicals. It is able to control the release from capsuled particle, and give a long term's effect of the active components.
We also are able to control capsule shell's thickness and capsule particle's size from nanometer to micrometer(100 nm~100 μm diameter) if necessary.

FLOOR WAX
WITH ANTISTATIC FINISH
1) Our floor wax (SAN-02) has a tremendous effect on the prevention of static charge.
2) SAN-02 can be used to the plastic sheet floors of the factory manufacturing IT devices, semiconductor, and paper.
3) SAN-02 can be also used to prevent dust from attaching the floor.
4) The brightness and scuff-mark resistance are better than ready-made floor wax.
5) It is very easy to polish the floor with its low-viscosity characteristic feature.
