Floor wax with antistatic finish

Feature.1: Our floor wax (SAN-02) has a tremendous effect on the prevention of static charge.

Feature.2: SAN-02 can be used to the plastic sheet floors of the factory manufacturing IT devices,semiconductor, and paper.

Feature.3: SAN-02 can be also used to prevent dust from attaching the floor.

Feature.4: The brightness and scuff-mark resistance are better than ready-made floor wax.

Feature.5: It is very easy to polish the floor with its low-viscosity characteristic feature.

Hollow sphere nanoparticle with the void volume of over 70%

Our hollow sphere nanoparticles have very high void volume.
Its void volume is over 70 % which is as well or much higher than the marketed products with 50～55%. Depending on the feature,
the nanoparticles deliver superior performance on the paper and plastic film as follows.

Higher gloss or opacity
Improvement of whiteness
Improvement of heat insulating properties for paint, paper, and film
Improved particle stability, better resistance to settling
Decreasing of permittivity and refractive index due to the air filled void
Weight saving due to the air filled void of the nanoparticles

Nano/Micro-capsules

We are producing various nano/micro-capsules such as paint, ink, agrichemical, beauty product, fragrance, and chemicals. It is able to control the release to aqueous phase from capsuled particle, and give a long term's effect of the active components.
We also are able to control capsule shell's thickness and capsule particle's size from nanometer to micrometer(50 nm～5 μm diameter) if necessary.
